 Ursa is a DJ based in Austin, TX. Ursa recognized early the energy created through dance was hard to replicate elsewhere. While her dance and music journey started at the age of two with ballet and tap, moved to 80s night at Numbers in Houston, & grunge in Seattle, she most recently jumped behind the decks to play mostly vocal, disco, & tech house - really anything she likes to dance to. When she’s not behind the decks, you can find Ursa snapping photos as Floppy Disco’s (artist collective) resident photographer or designing kimonos and other apparel to be worn both on and off stage.
